by Creative Surface & Cabinet

If you’re interested in updating your kitchen, but not interested in replacing your cabinets entirely,  you’ve come to the right place.

At Creative Surface & Cabinet, one of the many services we offer is refacing.

Not your typical reface:  This

project started as a “simple” reface, but ended up being so much more.

Phase 1 involved refacing the existing cabinets and replacing the doors with square raised panel, dark stained cherry doors.

Phase 2 involved maximizing storage space in the same kitchen.  3 years after the initial reface project, we returned and added upper storage cabinets, removed the walls on either side of the refrigerator and added the hutch you see in far left corner.

Before:  Brown and “Harvest Gold” reminiscent of days gone by...

After: Light Maple slab style doors, Stainless steel appliances & hardware with Avonite countertops revive this kitchen.  Taking out the wall cabinets over the peninsula opens up the kitchen into the breakfast area & family room

Before:  Outdated and drab

After: Fresh and light.  A “true” reface.  Nothing changed structurally in this kitchen.  New white raised panel thermofoil doors and drawer fronts and Avonite countertops.

Typically, refacing is much less intrusive than a full remodel.  In about a week, we can completely update the look of your kitchen!

Before:  Pickled cabinets showing their age

After: Antique White thermofoil doors with Formica solid surface countertops and Silestone island countertop.
